Just wanted to post a quick note in regards to the gallery and its rebuilding since I haven’t really said anything about it on here though have been making somewhat regular updates on Twitter as to the progress.

You’ve probably noticed that despite all the work that’s been done rebuilding the gallery (currently we’re only about 3,000 pictures away from our old count!), I haven’t been posting gallery updates in the way that I used to, with preview images and links to the albums. This is because I have been updating the gallery so often, with so many different images, that it would be impossible to document them all on here and still keep up the current pace of updating/rebuilding. I am pleased to say, however, that this will be changing in the near future.

While some gallery updates will still go unnoticed here on the main site, you can plan on updates being posted for all Doctor Who series 7 pictures as well as those of the cast from public appearances, photoshoots and their other projects that I know were not added to the old gallery. Some of them, however, may be posted in batches rather than one at a time to keep the site from being overwhelmed with gallery updates.

So if you haven’t visited the gallery lately, take a look around, you may be surprised by some of the pictures that you find!

I am pleased to announce the reopening of our gallery!

It is far from complete and Doctor Who is the only show with screencaps from every episode that has aired to date with the exception of Attack of the Graske, The Infinite Quest and Dreamland. As for when the rest will be added, all screencaps with the exception of The Sarah Jane Adventures Series 4 and 5 are uploaded onto the server, the others I am still sorting and am hoping to have done by the end of the week – it all depends on how much time I can dedicate to sorting through them. Once the three main shows are finished, I will add the screencaps of the behind the scenes shows (Doctor Who Confidential, Totally Doctor Who and Torchwood Declassified) and the DVD Extras that were previously in the gallery along with some others that I have capped since.

Only after all the screencaps are in the gallery will we worry about other images – focusing first on promotional images, episode stills and behind the scenes pictures from Doctor Who, Torchwood and The Sarah Jane Adventures.

For now, enjoy the screencaps as we continue to work on bringing back our site and gallery to their former glory!
